HR has access to creating a new training course based on the Inputs from the Organization’s management. The Course details and type of training are added and submitted. Then, HR can add In-house training or outsource training and provide the Links and Locations of the training.
Once the training courses are created by HR, they are available to the employees who they can select one of the training and register themselves or requisite for the training.
