Inspection Management Solution was identified as a specific business case of Delhi Transco Limited as POC to be built on Quixy- Digital Process Governance Platform to get some expected outcomes.  

1. Planning Inspection 

The inspection process starts when a vendor or supplier submits a request to inspect the materials. On receiving such a request, the Planning Officer will log in to the system and will be able to add an inspection plan by filling in appropriate planning and inspection details.

2. Approve For Nomination

Once, the planning officer submits, the plan will be forwarded to the DIO officer for thorough verification. DIO officer will be able to see all the requests against which an action can be performed. 

DIO officer will carefully review the inspection plan and proceed to select an Inspection Officer who will be responsible for carrying out the inspection. This selection process ensures that the suitable officer is selected based on expertise and availability.

3. Conducting Inspection 

The inspection officer will be able to see all the tasks in a list and can perform various actions such as Adding inspection details, viewing the inspection reports, print the inspection reports for the requests that the DIO has approved. Based on the status of requests, color coding for the list has been configured for easy visualization.

4. Predefined Nomination Checklist

The Inspection Officer will get a predefined checklist as they conduct the inspection at designated site appearing to the scheduled inspection timeline. This checklist serves a standardized framework to ensure consistency throughout the inspection process.

Henceforth, the status will be updated as INSPECTION COMPLETED, once the above mentioned checklist is submitted. The Officer will compile an inspection report containing their findings and observations.  

5. Clearance 

Planning Officer will be able to view the entire progress and examine the inspection findings to verify the accuracy and completeness. After verification, the Planning Officer can approve the inspections.

On approval, a Clearance and Dispatch Letter will be generated for the vendor, indicating that the inspection is successfully completed and materials are meeting the required standards.
