Here’s how Quixy can help streamline the employee verification process

Step 1: Entering the details

The Applicant enters basic details such as name, email id and contact number.

The Aadhar Verification URL is sent to the mobile number; clicking on the link redirects to DigiLocker- a government portal to verify the Government identification cards such as Aadhar. The Applicant can enter the Aadhar number and submit it. OTP is sent to the mobile number linked to the Aadhar card after entering the correct OTP.

Aadhar authentication and verification become successful.

Step 2: Entering PAN Card Details

In the next step, the Name on the PAN Card, PAN Card Number, and Image of the PAN card is uploaded.

After successful PAN verification, Bank details are entered by the candidate, and the application process is complete. The Application is sent to HR for Approval.

Configuring Quick Flows

Quick Flow feature is used to connect two applications in Quixy, to transfer entered data from one application to the other application; it maintains the flow of data from the first application- Candidate entering details to Aadhar details, Aadhar authentication till the Application Submission.
