Quixy’s multilingual feature is designed to eliminate language obstacles for end users, enabling them to navigate, comprehend, and utilize the platform in their local language. While English remains the Primary Language, we offer the flexibility to include over 120 additional languages. This means that users worldwide can select and operate Quixy in their preferred or Regional Language, enhancing their overall experience and productivity.
When a user chooses a Secondary Language, Quixy’s system automatically translates all labels in the platform to the chosen language. This comprehensive translation extends to existing artifact labels as well as any future additions, such as apps, reports, data tables, and more. The aim is to ensure that users can effortlessly interact with all aspects of the platform without language being a hindrance.
Around 35% of users might actually prefer to change to a product that provides support in their native language!
To uphold the highest standards of translation accuracy and consistency, administrators have the option to appoint language experts within Quixy. These language experts play a crucial role in managing the linguistic aspects of the platform. They are responsible for overseeing all language-translation-related activities and refining translations to ensure they meet the platform’s quality standards.
Language experts ensure that all translations are accurate, consistent, culturally appropriate, and contextually relevant. By making necessary corrections and maintaining the integrity of the language, they contribute to a seamless and intuitive user experience. Their efforts ensure that Quixy communicates effectively and correctly in the user’s chosen language.

Setting up multilingual feature in Quixy is simple. An organizational admin can set up a different language directly from the admin menu by selecting General under preferences.
Note: Language can only be changed by the Organizational Admins.
Under language setting, choose Add Language. Under secondary language, select the language from the dropdown.
Check the required nominee/expert box and select the language expert. Click on Save.
The system displays all the artefacts in the language selected.
