Traders need to access the website and click on ‘Register’, which redirects them to the platform and prompts them to log in or create an account.
Once they click on register, it will redirect them to the page where the user needs to enter his email ID to get a username and password.
Once they enter the details, the user will receive an email ID and password at the email address they have entered.
The user needs to log in with those details and click on the Trader License application, which will redirect to the screen below:

In the above screen, we provide an option to select the commodity type for which they want the trader license.
Now that they have chosen the commodity, the app will request your Aadhaar number and ask you to enter the OTP for validation.

Once the OTP is validated, all the details associated with Aadhaar will be auto-populated.
Note: We have also provided an option to enter the current address, as the Aadhar will have only a permanent address.
The same applies to PAN and GST; as soon as we enter the PAN and GST, the required details will be auto-populated.
If we observe, in the GST system, only a few details will be available, such as the GST number and the type of organization. However, the agriculture marketing team needs the partner details as well if it is not a partnership.
For this reason, we are verifying the same CIN(Corporate Identification Number); in CIN, we will get all the organization details.
Once all the verification is complete, the partner must enter the business details, including the storage location and other relevant information, which the agriculture department requires as a guarantee to issue the license.

Lastly, the applicant needs to read the terms and conditions and accept them by clicking on “I agree,” without which they cannot submit the application.
Once they click on submit, the page will be redirected to the payment page, and after a successful transaction, the application will be sent to the department
Note: A status message will be displayed along with that email notification, and an SMS notification will also be sent.
After the successful submission, the applicant can track the status of the application itself without contacting anyone.
