Organizations can also set realistic expectations on response times to emails.
Constant checking of emails throughout the day can cause distraction and leads to long working hours. It has been observed that those who check emails at defined intervals are less stressed and anxious. Scheduling and checking emails at designated time intervals can decrease stress and unhappiness. It is a beneficial approach towards healthy mental well-being!
