Break the Bias-Women at Quixy

Consider a world where men and women are treated equally. A world without prejudice, stereotypes, or discrimination. A varied, equal, and inclusive world. A world in which diversity is welcomed and celebrated. Research shows that women comprise only 34% of the IT workforce. Despite the fact that companies with diverse workforces perform better, hire better talent and more engaged employees, the gender gap persists! We can accomplish women’s equality by working together.
At Quixy, we understand what gender bias is and how to combat it, and we are proud that the Female to Male ratio of its total workforce is 40:60, compared to that of the industry’s 34:66. On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Quixians came together to reflect upon the gender bias that they see around them in today’s workplaces and society. They shared their own experiences around how having come a long way in terms of gender equality, there are so many biases that still exist to be broken.
