Quixy’s new feature empowers admins to configure email authentication: DKIM & SPF with their own SMTP settings and designate one as the custom default. This setup ensures that the selected default email address is used for standard notifications across the organization.
In addition, admins can override this custom default setting at the app level. This flexibility allows for selecting specific email addresses for different types of notifications or applications, enhancing the customization and effectiveness of communication.

Navigate to Organization Preferences and enable the custom email settings. Add and configure your desired email addresses, specifying SMTP configuration details and testing each configuration. System will set the first email configuration created as the default for all the custom notifications. Likewise, you can configure multiple email ID’s.
