Quixy release 1.0.31 comes with some exciting platform updates. For a detailed note, please refer to the release notes in the Quixy platform.
Previously, the Date and Time format was set to dd-mm-yyyy and hh:mm, respectively without any option to change it. Now, the organization admin has the option to choose the date and time format for their organization.
With this enhancement, users can now click anywhere on the workflow step or workflow step action button to open the respective Properties Window, making it simple for the users to make any edits.
With this enhancement, users will be able to see the appropriate file icons to identify the types of files uploaded. Previously, common icons were displayed for all the file types that have been uploaded.
In this enhancement, two new page size options, CR-79 and CR-80, have been added in the document report for the users to be able to generate and print ID card-type of documents using these options in the document report.
Previously, we had the option to create a new user using the App User Functions within an app, and admin had to assign a manager to the newly created user manually from Admin Menu –> Users –> Unassigned Users.
With this enhancement, any user who has access to the app can assign a manager to the new user that is being created from the App user functions and directly convert the new user to an active user.
Previously, the global search in the platform was case sensitive (Lower case and Upper case). With this enhancement, users can search records, apps, reports, etc. without having to worry about case sensitivity.
We have designed a new set of Email Notification templates for Reset Password, Forgot Password, and Email Confirmation for a better user experience.

With this enhancement, users can now add comments while adding a record in an app or while performing tasks as part of the workflow.
