No, there is no long term commitment with Quixy. You pay as you go as per your billing cycle. You can export your data anytime and request your data to be deleted permanently from our servers.

No, you will not be charged any additional costs other than the costs specified for the plans you have subscribed to.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel the subscription at any time by opening a support ticket or writing to [email protected].
Are there any storage limits to the amount of data I can store in Quixy?
Each plan comes with an inbuilt storage/user. Extra storage can be purchased as per the rates listed in the pricing.
What is meant by “User” in Quixy?
A "User" is a single person that has the credentials to log in to Quixy. A user has access to any number of workflows and can play multiple roles.
What is meant by "workflow action"?
Workflow action means any action taken by a user as part of the business workflow. Let’s take the example of a leave application workflow. An employee applying for leave, the manage approving it, and HR processing the application are three workflow actions.
Are clients or portal users who use Quixy apps externally without logging into the Quixy platform counted as Quixy users?
Users are anyone who logs in to use the system. For external stakeholders, Quixy has a feature to embed forms in your portals or websites to accept anonymous submissions. Based on the use-case, we have solution pricing in which we add portal users (external) in packs of 500 as part of the plan.
