The ideal candidate should have engineering background and will have good communication skills, accountability to the assigned customer accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:Â
- Research, analyse business requirements of the customers & implement solutions in Quixy platformÂ
- Provide continuous platform training & support for customer accountsÂ
- Product demonstrations for sales leads & customersÂ
- Identify opportunities for customer retention, case studies & reviews Â
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for customer self-service activities, market research, handle pre-sales demos.Â
- Inline with product research team and propose new features, improvements to meet the ease of platform usage, customer enhancementsÂ
- Demonstrate the ease of no-code implementation with Quixy through several workshops and webinarsÂ
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and to be able to interact with international customersÂ
Skills and Qualifications:
- Any bachelor’s degree/MBA/MCAÂ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Ability to be an independent contributor to the teamÂ
- Ability to handle pressure momentsÂ
