We are looking for customer success consultants to join our Quixy team! If you are social, proactive, understand customer empathy and ease their process, this is for you!
The ideal candidate should have engineering background and will have good communication skills, accountability to the assigned customer accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research, analyse business requirements of the customers & implement solutions in Quixy platform
- Provide continuous platform training & support for customer accounts
- Product demonstrations for sales leads & customers
- Identify opportunities for customer retention, case studies & reviews
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for customer self-service activities, market research, handle pre-sales demos.
- Inline with product research team and propose new features, improvements to meet the ease of platform usage, customer enhancements
- Demonstrate the ease of no-code implementation with Quixy through several workshops and webinars
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and to be able to interact with international customers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Any bachelor’s degree/MBA/MCA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be an independent contributor to the team
- Ability to handle pressure moments
