As invoice process application volumes grew, manual processes became increasingly inefficient, impacting supplier relationships and compliance efforts. The absence of a centralized system created bottlenecks and delays in payments.

QUIXY developed a flexible application to streamline the Supplier Invoice Approval process. The application offers complete transparency and an advanced user interface to manage supplier invoices, assign them to specific departments based on the country, and handle further departmental approvals.
Suppliers will use this app for invoice approval. Quixy configured the integration of data from AXIOM’s live database for supplier selection in this process.
Key features delivered by Quixy include Master Data Management, such as Department Master to add, update, or delete departments based on the country; Approver Level Master to add approver levels; Assign Department Approvers to assign, update, or delete approvers; and Currency Master to add currencies based on which the approvers are assigned. Quixy also developed a document storage feature called Document Library, where documents can be uploaded regularly, specific to region, city, year, month, and day. Additionally, Quixy introduced Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing users to log in directly with their email login domains. The dashboard provides users with an eye-catching interface to view consolidated records of various activities, offering real-time insights and an overview of the Supplier Invoice Approval process.
These enhancements have streamlined the Supplier Invoice Approval process, providing a more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly experience.
