Our company is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and team-oriented Senior React Developer to join our growing team. As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for the product development and maintenance. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and possess outstanding communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Breakdown product requirements into smaller parts and work with the team to get them completed.  
• Solve technical challenges that arise during product development.  
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and proactively suggest improvements.  
• Lead and mentor the team to enhance their skills and grow as individuals.  
• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code.  
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.  
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in React programming is a must.
• Full stack experience will be added advantage.
• Candidates with C# and Web API experience will be preferred.  
• Strong database design and development skills in Non-Relational Databases.  
• Experience with integrations is highly desirable.  
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Agile/Scrum, and SOLID Principles.  
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Concepts, and Whitebox Unit Testing.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must have experience in product development.
