To our Quixy community,

COVID-19 is changing everything about life and work as we know it. As the pandemic continues across the world, our thoughts are with those who have been impacted by the virus and we wish them a full and speedy recovery. We also salute the healthcare and other frontline workers — at hospitals, pharmacies, grocery stores, take-out restaurants, gas stations, etc. for their service under unprecedented pressure.

I wanted to reach out and update you on the steps Quixy is taking during this time.

As people and businesses are coping with the situation, our first priority is the safety and well-being of our employees while ensuring that our operations continue to serve our customers.

As a responsible organization, since the beginning of March, we had put precautionary measures in place to ensure the safety of our employees coming to work. As the situation evolved, we closed our offices on 16th March 2020 and asked all of our employees to work from home to ensure social distancing to help prevent the spread of the virus.

I would like to convey to all our customers that while we are all remote, we are fully prepared with our Business Continuity processes. We recognize the importance of our technology for your business success and assure you that our services will remain fully operational and we will continue to provide the same level of service and accessibility to the Quixy software. During this time, our support teams are available and can be reached through phone, email, website, and chat. As the situation changes, you have our pledge that you will have our continued support

We are in this together. We will continue to monitor the global situation and offer continued support to our employees, customers, and partners as needed.

We have also announced free subscription for any organization that would like to use Quixy to build and use apps to deal with COVID-19.
