Create a New Training course

The employee training management software starts with HR creating a new training structure and courses.

HR has an access to creating a new training course based on the Inputs form the Organizations management. The Course details and type of training are added and submitted. Then, HR can add In-house training or outsource training and provide the Links and Location of the training.

Employee Requisition for Training

Once the training courses are created by HR, they are available to the employees with which they can select one of the training and register themselves or requisite for the training.

Manager Requisition for Training

Quixy’s employee training management software not only allows the employees to requisite for training but also get access to nominate the employees for a particular training course.

The manager selects the training course and adds employees and nominees for the training. Automatic notifications will be triggered to all the employees nominated for the training.

Once the employees have registered for the training courses created HR schedules the training.

Once HR selects one of the training courses to schedule the details of the training course along with the employees registered for the training can be displayed.

HR can select the dates and the total training period and schedules the training. Automatic email notifications will be sent to all the employees registered for that particular training.

Attendance capture for training 

Employee Attendance for all the courses can be captured effectively with just a click of a button. The employee will have access to the list of courses they have registered for and can mark their attendance for their respective courses.

Employees can mark their attendance and log in for the day they have attended the course.  

Because of this, attendance of the courses and employees can easily be captured and monitored.

Training Feedback

After completion of the training, employees can be asked to give feedback on the courses. 

A feedback form is provided to the employee where the comments and suggestions about the courses are recorded and areas of improvement can be analyzed with ease and clarity.

Tracking Effectiveness

The effectiveness of the training can be tracked by the performance of the employees. Every manager of the employee can be given access to track the effectiveness of the training.

The managers can also rate the effectiveness and impact based on customized parameters configured by every organization based on their preferences.
